When you buy a 3-seater recliner sofa, you are probably already aware of the assembly process of such a purchase. Step by step to assemble a 3-seater recliner sofa:
Step 1
Flip the sofa seats upside down, find the provisions, and attach the legs of the recliner sofa to the bottom seat.
Step 2
Depending on what kind of sofa you buy, you might need a screwdriver to secure the legs. Or else you can even twist the leg in place if your recliner does not require any tools for assembly.
Step 3
Lift the upholstery on the backrest and check for the metal brackets hidden underneath. Align each frame correctly and for the backrest and let it snap into place. You may need additional tools to help secure it in place.
You might require an extra set of hands to help you reveal the metal brackets underneath the upholstery and to lower the backrest onto the racks. You must exert some pressure to ensure that the backrest is attached correctly to the back brackets.
You must repeat this step for each section if your recliner sofa has multiple parts.
Step 4
Attach all the snaps on every end of the recliner and fold the upholstery flap underneath the base of the seat. You might find Velcro straps, zippers, and buttons to help keep it in place.
Once you have all these in place, your sofa is ready. You have to throw on the cushions and pillows.
